   Neighbour, have you got a minute? I'd like to show you what's been growing in the container behind the barn for the last six months.

   At last. That container glows purple at night, and my wife reckons aliens are landing at your place.

   Those are LED lamps, with microgreens under them. We cut them after ten days and sell them to Warsaw restaurants at three hundred złoty a kilo.

   One thing at a time, then: how much do you pay for electricity, how many customers have you got, and what happens when Biedronka sells the same thing for ten złoty?

   Electricity comes to about seven hundred złoty a month, we've got eight customers, and we're not afraid of Biedronka, because we deliver the day after cutting.
