   Honorata, I'm sorry to hammer on your door like this, but water's pouring out of my kitchen ceiling. Straight onto the cake, and it's my daughter's First Communion tomorrow!

   It's off. Right, stay calm, this is my job: I've been managing crises for a big company for fifteen years. Having assessed the scale of the incident, I'm setting up a crisis team and drafting a statement.

   A crisis team? There are two of us, one wet bathroom and one wet cake. Towels and bowls first; we'll write the statement later, over a coffee.
