   Rozalia, it's five o'clock, and outside every one of our bakeries there's a queue all the way round the corner. What did you post on our page last night?

    Heaven forbid. You'll write that you hit the wrong key, and that in its anniversary year the company keeps its word. And from six o'clock you're frying doughnuts in front of the customers.
